The location was great! also the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We encountered issues with hot water, leaving us frustrated. additionally, noise from the highway disturbed our rest.

The shower had a leak, and the toilet made a noisy running sound intermittently, which was annoying during the night. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, like hair on the bathroom floor and toilet upon arrival. The lack of instructions regarding check-out and TV usage in the room felt like a missed opportunity for better guest experience. I also encountered issues with the blackout curtains, which didn't fully block out the light. Additionally, noise from the nearby freeway was disruptive at times, making it less than ideal for a peaceful stay.

Loved the clean, modern room and the comfy bed. The convenient kitchenette was a bonus for family stays.

I absolutely loved my stay in the One-Bedroom King Suite with a Kitchen and Sofa Bed! The spacious layout made it feel like a home away from home, and the kitchenette was super handy for late-night snacks. The high-pressure shower was a delightful touch, giving me a refreshing start to the day!
